Terms, privacy and refunds

Terms
- An information tool, not financial advice. Rug Radar reads public blockchain and market data and flags rug signs. Its scores, labels and Meme Coach replies are automated estimates. They can be wrong, they don't predict price, and a coin can pass every check and still go to zero. Every trade is your own decision and your own risk.
- Meme coins are extremely risky. Most fresh launches lose most of their value within hours. Only trade what you can afford to lose.
- No wallet access. Rug Radar never connects to your wallet, holds your keys or places trades. Nobody from Rug Radar will ever ask for your seed phrase.
- Your key is yours. A key works on one device at a time. Don't share, sell or resell it. Keys used for abuse (sharing, scraping, attacking the site) can be switched off without a refund.
- The service can change. Features, data sources and checks get added, changed or removed as the site improves. We aim to keep it running around the clock but can't promise it will never be down.
Payments and refunds
- Plans are weekly (7 days, US$5) and monthly (30 days, US$13), paid in SOL or USDC on Solana. A key starts when your payment is confirmed.
- No refunds once a key is active. The free trial is there so you can try Rug Radar before paying.
- If a payment goes wrong, we fix it. Sent too little: the payment window shows what's left to send. Sent too much: you get extra time in proportion. Paid but no key, or anything else odd: send your transaction link through Help and the admin sorts it out.
- Crypto sent on the wrong network, or a different coin from the one your order asks for, may not be recoverable. Check the payment window before sending.
- Nothing here takes away rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.
Privacy
Rug Radar has no accounts, emails or card details. What it keeps, and why:
- Your key and login. Your key is stored scrambled (hashed), with your username if you pick one, and when it expires. Each login keeps the device and browser type and a scrambled version of your IP address, for security and the one-device rule.
- How the site is used. Pages opened and roughly how long the app is open, to keep it running well and decide what to improve.
- What you add. Watchlists, alerts, tracked wallets, P&L trades, the public wallet address you save for P&L, feedback and help requests (with the contact you give). Wallet addresses you add are public blockchain addresses; Rug Radar can't move funds from them.
- Meme Coach. Your questions are sent to Anthropic's Claude AI to write the answer.
- Payments. The public blockchain transaction and the paying wallet address, to match your payment to your key.
- Alerts. If you connect Telegram or phone notifications, the chat or device they go to. Disconnect any time in Settings.
- Cookies. A login cookie and a "been here before" cookie, plus small settings saved in your browser (like a payment in progress or a referral link). No advertising trackers, and your data is never sold.
